In today's video we take a look at one of the worst scammers in the tattoo industry ever.
A tattoo artist by the name of Keegan Sweeney from Australia has been exposed by some of his victims as not only a major grifter but that he also has numerous other red flags like a violent past and prison time.
While he's said he's a changed man since doing his time he has in fact not and is unstoppable with his horrific behaviour.
