I stayed at The Europa Hotel in Belfast, Northern Ireland — a hotel with a reputation like no other. Known as the “World’s Most Bombed Hotel”, the Europa suffered more than 30 bomb attacks during the Troubles and became a central hub for journalists covering the conflict.
