Built in 1908, this stunning colonial-era building was once the office of a smelting plant. Today, it serves up familiar golden arches favorites in a setting that feels more like a palace than a fast-food joint. I’m testing out the "Big Mac Index" here to see how the prices and quality compare to the rest of the world.
