This is the most incredible Grenadian Oildown on EARTH! We're in Grenada today with Chef Carlos, cooking up his country's nation dish. Breadfruit, callaloo, saltfish, pork, simmered in a turmeric coconut milk, this delicious meal is a national hit for a reason..it tastes INSANE! We also take a tour of Carlos' organic farm, with chickens, ducks, turkeys and even rabbits. Thanks to Kitaka, Ninqui and Rhion for helping me get this video lined up!
