Retired Coastie and New York native, Keiyon McCoy, and his boatcrew who were patrolling the Hudson River when terrorists struck the World Trade Center. Twenty-five years later, he recounts the harrowing scene of the attack and how more than one hundred mariners answered the Coast Guard's call for volunteers to aid in the rescue of half a million people trapped on the shores of lower Manhattan.
