In 2012 RuneScape Classic was a ghost town. Abandoned by its creators and overrun with bots. But everything changed when a mysterious Jagex moderator named Mod Element logged in. Players thought he would save the game, but instead he destroyed it. Seemingly overnight the game was flooded with rare items that players hadn’t seen in over a decade, and they all blamed him. This is the untold story of the greatest scandal in RuneScape Classic's history.
