It's easy to feel pressure to look a certain way when we compare ourselves to what we see online - but remember, that content isn't real life. Content creator @jennawiththepink recently joined Wandi Nerida Art Therapist Serena for an art therapy session called ‘The Me You Don’t See’, where she opened up about her body image journey and her experience with an eating disorder.

She acknowledges that recovery isn't straightforward, and life is full of ups and downs - but being BodyKind, and treating our bodies with respect, acceptance and compassion, can make a big difference.

If you're struggling with an eating disorder or body image concern, please know that you're not alone. Contact the Butterfly National Helpline for confidential and free support, by calling 1800 ED HOPE (1800 33 4673) or visit https://butterfly.org.au/get-support/helpline/ to chat online or email, 7 days a week, 8am-midnight AEDT.
