We did something today with zero educational impact—unless you believe that building classroom culture actually matters.

The Marker Ledge Challenge is simple: throw an Expo marker across the room and try to land it on the whiteboard ledge. No grades. No prizes. Just laughs, anticipation, and a shared moment.

Sometimes school doesn’t need to be deeper, harder, or more rigorous. Sometimes it just needs to be human.

Fun builds trust. Trust builds relationships. And relationships make learning possible.
