Recently, the UK charity that assists trans youth and their families has come under fire for a number of reasons, each with differing amounts of substance behind them. However, this does seem like it's being used in an effort to deligitimise Mermaids, especially with the ongoing attempt to repeal the charity status of the LGB Alliance.
