I tried to make Aqua the cutest in this stop motion. It’s difficult to handle dolls in midair. This is because the dolls are unstable and the fixation become weak. It took me nine hours to shoot the cut where Aqua skips in midair.

1. Denji and Power being trapped inside the screen.
2. Denji rages and turns into Chainsaw Man after getting hit by a ball.

1. I challenged myself to make realistic moves with Nendoroids with less joints. I read the manga to understand each character’s personalities and reflected it on each of their moves.
2. I shot this stop motion to express Denji turning into Chainsaw Man. I made some parts of the chainsaw, since there weren’t enough parts included. I tried to show the arms bend and stretch by rotating the shoulder and arm parts.
