Get ready to relive the magic! East Tennessee State University’s beloved Holiday Lights Celebration returned to Johnson City on November 17, 2025, lighting up Alumni Plaza with festive cheer, family fun, and community spirit.



The event included:

• The dazzling 16-foot walk-through ornament display

• Live performances from talented ETSU student ensembles

• Bucky the Buccaneer, ETSU President Dr. Brian Noland, and SGA President Shelby Koerten helping kick off the season

• The opening night of ETSU’s popular synthetic ice-skating rink
