The M&T Bank Clothesline Art & Fine Craft Festival will be held this weekend at the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester for its 69th year. The festival is one of the longest-running art festivals on the east coast, and it's the Memorial Art Gallery's largest arts celebration.
