At the foot of the Tsanfleuron Glacier, Cabane de Prarochet (2,556 m) sits in an almost unreal alpine landscape. Where ice once shaped the terrain, dramatic rock formations now tell a new story of the mountains.
In summer, the hut is run by Arnaud Délez and his team. We followed Arnaud through a day in hut life — from the first morning light to the moment the terrace fills with hikers — to capture the simple, warm hospitality that defines this place.
