The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra launched the Lullaby Project in Milwaukee during the 2017.18 season. "There's no lack of need for this project, and there's no lack of possibilities for it," shares Director of Education Rebecca Whitney.
In partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute, the Lullaby Project invites mothers to create and record personal lullabies for their babies with the help of professional musicians. The MSO has partnered locally with Sojourner Family Peace Center to provide life-changing musical experiences to the mothers and families served. | All gifts made on #GivingTuesday this year will support MSO education and community programs, including this new initiative.
