Quick Plot-Daryl(Murphy.) feels alone and thinks about a time when he had someone he could trust. He remembers his past and misses his real brother, only to realize the reason he follows Rick is because he reminds him of Connor.
Plot- When Connor and Murphy escaped jail they took off to find their way home. Murphy just wanted to get back to Harper is wife and their unborn son. But when Murphy was shot and Connor believed him dead Connor returned home without his twin brother and made sure to live up to his promise he made to Murphy to protect his family.
Merle found Murphy half dead and out of a strange kindness in his heart felt drawn to help the man. When he realized who Murphy was he decided to help him and keep him hidden from the police. When Murphy woke up he had no memories of who he used to be so Merle fid his head with lies told him all the scars on his body was from their abusive father and that his name was Daryl Dixon his little brother.
Time went on and Daryl lived the life of a hick until the dead began to walk. He and Merle left in hopes to find sanctuary. A few years had passed since his accident and in his sleep he began to dream, only he found out his dreams weren't really dreams and instead memories. He never let Merle know he remembered who he was instead he thought it better to pretend to be Daryl to try and protect himself from the hurt knowing his brother and his wife along with his unborn son most likely died when everything turned upside down.
