The following rules were applied for this silly challenge:
- Playing with The Lost on Hard
- Skipping rooms by bombing doors, opening doors with effects and using a trap door outside the one in the boss room is forbidden
- Purchasing anything from shops is forbidden (excluding Devil Deals and Black Market Deals)
- You cannot collect active items or items while under the effect of Curse of the Blind (even if the item is forced to be a passive item)
- You cannot use the effect of "1" or "6" Dice rooms
- You cannot reroll items in any way other than using the effect of the D4
- Reviving as any other character than The Lost counts as losing the challenge
- You are not allowed to fight Mega Satan until you've beaten ??? in The Chest or The Lamb in The Dark Room
You have to take the following actions before leaving the current room in the following order of priority:
1. You have to use the D4 if possible.
2. If there is a battery, you have to collect it.
3. Collect every passive item. (unless you can only choose one)
The goal of this challenge is to beat either ??? in The Chest or The Lamb in The Dark Room.
If you happen to reach that goal you are allowed to open the door to Mega Satan using Dad's Key or the Get Out Of Jail Free card o fight him.
If you are crazy enough to go for boss rush, you have to use the effect of the D4 every time it gets fully charged before the next wave of bosses appear.
