To highlight the issues:
- Broken gamerules button
- Missing Key (fixed)
- Short
- Meandering story that builds up to nothing
- Anticlimactic ending
- Super short boat ride for no reason
- Areas don't really tie together well
- Use of stone/leather gear presents artificial difficulty

Overall: Pretty good for a new mapmaker, good use of command blocks. But it lacks depth and cohesion. It really seems like it's missing something defining to separate it from other maps.
