On a beautiful day of June 2025, Fred Fugen and his friend Nico Rubio swooped the WHOLE Mont-Blanc with their Mutant skydive harness & Valkyrie canopies. A special combo of technical gears who let them performed this stunning flight line!
5 MINUTES & 40 SECONDS! This is the time it took them to swoop Mont-Blanc and then land in Chamonix’s green valley. 🏔️ 3’650m altitude difference where the landscape reveals as they go down: snowy summits, glaciers, ice caves, rocky mountain faces, nice forests or fields.
Pushing once more the boundary of possibilities, they used a really SPECIAL skydiving harness from UPT called the MUTANT. The latter increases the canopy’s performance a lot, which allowed them to imagine and flew this new mountain swoop line! 🚀
Special by the capabilities, but especially by the HEART…
As the dreamer & pioneer he was, Vince Reffet built the first mutant prototype in 2008. The harness has been developed for years with the UPT Vector’s team.
