In line with National Book Week, 22 Tango Records and Youth for a Livable Cebu brought The Listening Room to the Cebu City Public Library last November 29, 2017.

The Listening Room is an invite-only intimate event where singer-songwriters perform in a unique space to an audience of passionate music lovers. It typically features a carefully curated line-up of four acts to give the audience a diverse show. 22 Tango Records’ music policy, the #shhhhpolicy is strictly implemented to create an environment where a connection between the performer and the audience becomes a real possibility.
