Scenes and Scores | The Lion King - 1994 Stampede Scene with 2019 Score @ScenesandScores | Uploaded August 2019 | Updated October 2024, 20 minutes ago.
You may have noticed from the title: this is no ordinary Scenes and Scores video! After listening to the 2019 Lion King soundtrack on repeat (how Zimmer managed to make it MORE emotional and epic is astounding) for a while, and being dissatisfied with how the new movie turned out especially in this scene, I decided to take the 2019 score and put it to the original 1994 scene! It only took me a couple days because I was so excited to do this, but several hours of work went into and I redid certain parts multiple times. The remake's version of this scene is much more drawn out than the original, and because of that I had to edit out a LOT of parts and rearrange others to try and match the original clip!
I know it doesn't sound perfect, but this is the best I can get it, at least with my limited knowledge and experience of audio editing. I'm fairly satisfied with the result, and I hope you all enjoy it as well! ^^
I own nothing! The Lion King belongs to Disney and its incredible soundtrack (both original and remade) was composed by Hans Zimmer. All rights go to them!
