Rock Lee is a fictional cartoon character created by Masashi Kishimoto and is seen in the anime and manga series Naruto. He is a shinobi that belongs to the clan of Konohagakure's Lee and a member of Team Guy. He was not able to use most of the ninja techniques but he aimed to become a good ninja.
