This will be the first of many vlogs that are meant to give everybody an inside look into the LG Method and what it's all about.
Every day when I'm doing my rounds helping people dig deep within themselves to the find the strength to carry on and take control of their lives, my mind is buzzing with thoughts. I never stop thinking, but I don't always say what I'm thinking. More importantly, almost none of it is recorded, which is a shame. But now my brain will be recorded thanks to YouTube.
