Meat (sous vide):
• T-bone beef
• Fresh rosemary
• Salt
• Black pepper
Bread:
• Baguette
• Butter or olive oil for toasting
Fillings:
• Cream cheese
• Cucumber
• Chopped chives
• Sliced hard-boiled eggs
• Roasted baby chicken breast
• Sliced cucumber
• Sliced tomatoes
• Sliced white onions
• Tears lettuce
• Sliced T-bone souvlaki
• Sliced beef bacon
1. Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
2. Place the beef and rosemary in a vacuum-sealed bag and seal it tightly.
3. Place the bag in hot water and cook using the sous vide method.
4. Remove the beef and quickly sear it in a hot pan to brown.
5. Slice the beef thinly.
6. Toast the baguette in butter or olive oil.
7. Fry the beef bacon slices.
8. Prepare all the vegetables and fillings.
9. Spread the cream cheese on the bread.
10. Add the remaining fillings in order.
11. Close the sandwich and serve.
