Requirements:
You need to complete snowhead temple.
Second, you must talk to goron seller who sells power kegs to open the path to race with gorons.
Third, you must win the goron's race to get the gold dust.
In the first day, you must pay to the smithers 100 rupees to reforce your sword, when you win the goron's race, you will get the gold dust.
In second day, you will give the gold dust to the smithers.
In third day, you will get the your sword back 100% upgraded.
