The full name of today's adventure game is “Fables & Fiends: The Legend of Kyrandia - Book One” by Westwood (1992). It is the first part of a three-part series of fantasy adventures with very nice graphics, but unfortunately many stupid puzzles. In this part, you play Brandon, a prince gifted with magic who is chasing a crazy court jester named Malcom. Malcom threatens the entire kingdom of Kyrandia with his evil magic.

Brandon's voice may sound familiar to you: it's Joseph D. Kucan, the actor who played Kane in C&C!

Westwood was one of the top five pc game developers in the 90s. They produced role-playing games such as Lands of Lore, adventures such as Legend of Kyrandia, and strategy games such as Command & Conquer.
