On December 16th, 2011, I was part of a Nintendo-sponsored event in which eight teams of four people were given only 24 hours to write, shoot, and edit a short film based around a specific Nintendo franchise. Our team was assigned The Legend of Zelda. As part of the video, we were required to include an orange traffic cone and a specific line of dialogue: "You have to see it to believe it."
Also, I'm apparently required to disclose the following: As part of the event, I was given a gift card to Samy's Camera in Los Angeles, a Nintendo 3DS, and four games: Super Mario 3D Land, The Legend of Zelda 3D, Mario Kart 7, and Tetris Axis. I was not given a free back massage, much to my chagrin.
