One of the highlights of 30 for 30 NYC was welcoming more than 30 pastors and ministry leaders to tour the Innovative Urban Village.
As we walked the campus, I shared how the vision evolved over time. Often, our perspective is shaped by what we've been exposed to, but leadership calls us to imagine possibilities beyond our current reality. What began as one building ultimately became a vision for an entire community.
Following the tour, Pastor Adam Durso interviewed both Pastor Jamaal Bernard and I about the vision, the legacy, and the responsibility of serving communities beyond the walls of the church. My prayer is that these conversations encourage leaders to return home inspired to dream bigger and serve deeper!
