I'm tired of saying it but - the Ashes of Creation situation just got worse. Again. Again. Again. Again. In this video we showcase a law firm's letter to Valve Corporation (Steam) in regards to the Steam funds for Ashes of Creation.

To clarify the Valve letter was a preventive measure taken on behalf of Jason and other Intrepid Studios investors so the funds didn't go to Steven Sharif's alleged home loan.

In the meantime, there's at least 4 lawsuits lined up (that we know of publicly) against both Steven Sharif and Intrepid Studios. Allegations of embezzlement, withholding of financial documents, withholding of the keys to the kingdom and tax fraud are abound.
