Stalker Fanboy / Dax Herrera has been involved in at least 5 legal threats and/or lawsuits in the last 6 years alone. The only common denominator is him. He's the most litigious person I've ever met, and the first legal action came from him. Around late 2016, he was discussing a "reboot" of my podcast with a new co-host, without payment or authorization.
That's when a trademark was filed to try to shut this down. He opposed it, naturally, so he could milk it for all it's worth as "courtroom drama." As with the sham restraining order, he was eager to make things legal so he could "turn it into a big spectacle" (his words), and he'd have some content for his fledgling podcast since he's bereft of creativity or content without me.
Not that he cared about the rights to the show anyway since he allowed the theft of our bonus premium content, waiving his right to copyright (01:58).
