The Captain and the Collector boss fight in Uncollected difficulty in the Age of the Sentry event quest!
The Collector becomes a pretty manageable opponent without his Act 5.2 Bane, Tenacity, and health-based buffs (shenanigans). The Age of the Sentry event quest provided a great opportunity to practice against the Collector's seemingly un-evadable Special Attacks. Captain America is one of the best champs to practice with due to his high block proficiency. Just in case this version of the Collector decreases Ability Accuracy like his Act 5.2 counterpart, I teamed Cap up with an increased Ability Accuracy Synergy (Quake & Hawkeye).
I found that using blocks with evade to be more reliable against the Collector than full evade attempts. To evade the Collector's SP1, use an approach similar to evading Agent Venom's SP1 bullets. Almost let the first part of the wave attack hit you before dashing back. Then block two laser hits and dash back to evade the rest, retaliating immediately after. To evade the Collector's SP2, use an approach similar to evading the Green Goblin's SP1 (youtube.com/watch?v=ajxKfXZqIGs). Evade the first strike, then block two laser hits, then dash back twice, retaliating immediately after. That's all there is to it!
