A deeply transformative Venus retrograde in Scorpio begins at 8 degrees on October 2–3, 2026 with a a 40-day cycle that invites us to revalue, reconsider, and reprioritize our relationships, finances, desires, values, and emotional investments. Venus retrograde in Scorpio takes us beneath the surface, revealing hidden feelings, unresolved wounds, power dynamics, fears, codependency, resentment, and places where we may have become overly entangled with others. This time is also ultimately asking us to reclaim our sovereignty, intuition, and emotional power. The astrology is especially intense because Venus makes three squares to Pluto in Aquarius at 3 degrees —September 15, October 19, and December 9—along with three oppositions to Chiron in Taurus at 0 degrees, beginning September 10, creating an extended healing journey around vulnerability, relationships, empowerment, and old emotional wounds. A major turning point arrives with the Venus Star Point at 0° Scorpio on October 24, which is also the final Scorpio Venus Star Point until 2181. This Venus Star Point is marking the completion of a roughly century-long Scorpio Venus cycle and a profound reset around feminine power, money, intimacy, sexuality, psychology, healing, and ancestral patterns. With Mercury also stationing retrograde in Scorpio on October 24, relationships, shared resources, motivations, agreements, and hidden truths may require even deeper review. This intense Venus retrograde asks us to trust what we feel, recognize what has reached completion, release what is no longer energetically aligned, and emerge with clearer values, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a renewed relationship with our own power.
