This part can be a nightmare, particularly the last section with all the school buses. Doing the last part requires the use of a weapon at the end, since zombies will rush you. It is therefore impossible doing it by stealth, as only the first group of zombies can be killed purely by stealth.
Easiest way to do this is, stealth the first group, then trigger the hoarde, then jump on a bus, and start lining them up. If you see more than one run around the yard.
I just ended up using weapons because I got tired of dieing, and it was very tedious on this difficulty.
