lots of frustration going through this puzzle, if you don't care about the barrels then who cares but if you're like me and trying to find them all well... Have fun.
This video basicly shows you how to get the soldier helmet to the soldier body so activate the soldier so that the secret area behind him is open so you can get the barrel. You just gotta launch the helmets up there and hope it sticks its landings.
