Pierce County Parks recently completed The Landing, a new turnstand at Chambers Bay Golf Course, home of the 2015 U.S. Open Championship. Located near the 1st and 10th tees and the 9th and 18th greens, the café features indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up service window, and a living roof designed to blend into the natural landscape.
The Landing is open to both golfers and park visitors, and operations are managed by KemperSports, which also operates Chambers Bay and Lake Spanaway Golf Courses.
