This episode features music only, as we'll hear a stereo mix of all of our PolyKrell parts and nine parts of polyphony all while we make changes to all five of the Krell rates and changes to the quantizer scales.
I've received a whole bunch of new cables and mults to be able to make all of this happen and have patched up the complex modulations we'll be exploring in the next series of videos as we attempt to create a controlling form for the PolyKrell.
This multipart series is based on patching techniques used in some of my largest pieces, this video series will demonstrate how I build up a complex, generative Polykrell structure from the basics to full a polyphonic, integrated composition. Lots of tips, tricks, and advanced techniques will be discussed along the way and you can keep track of the mayhem with the new 'Cable Counter'.
