One of my favorite syndicates I got from Disney War that are in league with the Creeping Death lead by Pennywise. They have a bigger rapsheet than Pete does, obviously. Including innumerable murders (including that of Chiaki Nanami, a Princess of Heart), nation-wide devastation, and the corruption of many. This is a splinter faction of deadliest Creeping Death members who are the minions of Monokuma and Junko Enoshima.
