Mike McKnight is a professional ultramarathon runner and running coach based in Northern Utah. He has won various 200-mile races including the 2023 Cocodona 250, he holds the FKT for the 500-mile Colorado Trail, and is a Triple Crown of 200s finisher — a triad of 200-mile ultra races.
