On Friday, March 7, 2025, along with our friends from our Atlanta partner for the project, the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream, The King Center team had a joy-filled time with compassionate action in service to the Altadena and Pasadena communities!

At Restoring One's Hope of Atlanta, we sorted and boxed items from our collection drive that will be shipped to California and delivered by our partners there (the WNBA’s LASparks and NAACP Altadena) to people affected by the LA Wildfires.

The King Center, led by our CEO, Dr. Bernice A. King, is grateful for this and every opportunity to love and lift.
