Join Kelly Harro, manager of gallery programs at the National Air and Space Museum; Sahtiya Hosoda Hammell, education specialist at the National Portrait Gallery; Megan Linehan, education specialist at the National Museum of American History; and Kirsten McNally, manager of teen programs at Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, for a conversation about youth empowerment, developing teen programs, and the ways young people are helping to shape the Smithsonian’s future.

On the Fourth of July, De Libertate: Songs of Freedom and Hope from Ukraine features four groups of performing artists who express and share Ukrainian identity, tradition, and cultural resilience through the power of song. The four groups—Bozhychi, Katya Chilly, Mariya Kvitka, and Shchuka Ryba—use folk, traditional, and contemporary styles to illustrate how music unites and inspires the Ukrainian people during this pivotal moment in their history.
