The KeyBlades are a group of friends from the South Bay who came together this year to share their love of video game music. With musical roots spanning classical, jazz, rock, and metal, they bring a fresh sound to the games you grew up with and the ones you might be currently playing!
Their debut set includes music from Final Fantasy, NieR, Super Mario, Sonic, Expedition 33, and more, featuring a mix of classical instrumentals, high-energy rock moments, and songs you might just find yourself singing along to (1000 Words or Weight of the World, anyone?)
They’ll also be joined by guest violinist Jay Kim who will bring his awesomeness to many of the tracks.
The KeyBlades brings those beautiful, nostalgic, and epic melodies to fill your soul. Come hang out and enjoy a musical adventure through some of your favorite games of both old and new.
MAGFest is run by MAGFest, Inc., a volunteer-supported 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the appreciation of video games, video game culture, and video game music. We achieve this through numerous events, such as Super MAGFest, MAGWest, MAGStock, and Bit Gen Gamer Fest. We also support other not-for-profit organizations, such as Child’s Play.
