There is a moment in this video that I want you all to focus on. It's where I'm teaching my son how to meditate. We're on the hammock

Recently, I've gotten back into meditation and I can literally feel it rewiring my brain
.
I actually made this video as a result of tapping into my inner child and simply enjoying myself with my son. I was just vibing with him, running, jumping, exploring. We took our shoes off and allowed our feet to touch the grass
.
We need to spend more time with our children y'all. I think that's the key to all this. I know some of you lowkey really appreciated the lockdown because you could finally spend that quality time with the family. At a cost, you know, because so many of us are currently unemployed and have been drastically affected...but damn, it's sooooooo good to finally "see" your loved ones as well. I reconnected with my kids and wife like I haven't in many years. I was missing a bunch of stuff that flew by me naturally from working so much and even though the uncertainty in our home is real, I "see" my family a little better. Just a little because my family is really weird lol
.
I don't know if that makes any sense to youl but it does to me
.
Most importantly, the opposite has happened, where people are facing their demons as well. A BIG fact and you know it. You're probably facing them yourself
.
I also deeply pray for all those stuck in difficult situations at home. I am conscious of the rise in domestic violence cases
.
I hope all of us can feel and continue to "see" the world one day as we once did when we were born
.
I hope you feel alive and I hope you are present with yourself
.
