Today, we are going to discuss what a type 5 civilization may be like. Previously, we talked about a type 4 civilization and some of its features. We learned that a type 4 civilization would span its entire universe and be able to manipulate anything and everything in it at will. So, surely this should be the absolute limit to which civilization could advance. But not if you are a proponent of string theory. String theory proposes the existence of multiple universes that are part of a larger structure called the multiverse. Moreover, there may be an infinite number of universes within the multiverse. So, with that in mind, let us dive right into a type 5 civilization.
A type 5 civilization would be a multiverse culture capable of harnessing the power of multiple universes. This type of civilization would be able to travel at any point within any given universe without a problem. Not only could it travel in the present, but also, in any timeline of any universe it pleases. It would be capable of creating and destroying entire universes if it wanted to.
