This is the bit where we go right back to our roots, with one of Melbourne’s most iconic restaurants, Pellegrini’s. This is as classic as classic Italian gets. It’s been open for more than 50 years and has never had a liquor licence which should tell you something. This place is all about the deliciously homestyle Italian food (oh, and the coffee, you must try the coffee). Some people even say “if you haven’t eaten here, you haven’t really been to Melbourne”.
