For three weeks, The Joffrey Ballet traveled to the University of South Carolina, sharing dance, music, and community engagement with the Midlands.
26 Joffrey Company Artists, along with The Mary B. Galvin Artistic Director Ashley Wheater MBE, Rehearsal Director Nicolas Blanc, Music Director Scott Speck, and Community Engagement Director Linda Swayze, partnered with the Betsy Blackmon Dance Program, the USC School of Music, and the local community to lead classes, workshops, and open rehearsals.
The experience culminated with a final performance at the Kroger Center for the Arts, featuring Joffrey Company Artists and students from the Betsy Blackmon Dance Program.
