This was recorded May 19th, 2024. I didn't think it was good enough to upload but eh my commentary is kinda funny. I also think the game looks really beautiful like this especially the colors. To get your game to look like this, set the iTexMipMapSkip value to different numbers; you can find that in the FalloutPrefs.ini file. Mine is in Documents/My Games/Fallout (3, New Vegas or 4? work). I learned about that from an old LowSpecGamer video.
