Time for another Crazy Concept: A Zombie Spawner combined with an underground iron farm? It gives you Iron, XP and rotten flesh. And I'll even show you how to make it into a copper farm in 1.17. DISCLAIMER: This is NOT fully tested concept like (most of) my other Iron farms. It's made for FUN and for the challenge. So don't compare it to The 16 Pod Iron Farm or the Zombie-less iron farm or any of my other iron farms. It is however a viable idea, that could work in survival I think :-)
