🍞 Hear me out….
1. Caring for my sourdough starter takes me 3-7 minutes A WEEK. That’s it.
2. When I won’t be home for awhile or available to bake with it, I just pop the starter into the fridge where it can live untouched until I’m ready to bake again.
3. Making sourdough bread takes me an extra 10 minutes of hands on time. Yes, it has to ferment longer, but nothing is required of me during that time.
4. After you know the steps and have an idea of how things should look and feel, baking with sourdough is easy and forgiving!
5. Did you know that you can adjust the taste of sourdough? Our family doesn’t like it “sour” so we don’t make it that way. 🤷‍♀️
