Jonathan Balcombe is a biologist and best-selling author. He has three biology degrees including a PhD in animal behavior. He has published over 60 journal articles and book chapters ranging from turtle nesting behavior to the ethics of animal dissection.

Aaron Wayne Wissner is the founder of Local Future, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt educational non-profit and a teacher of 25+ years. His mission is to help humans to have accurate, truthful, and relevant information so they can thrive, no matter what the future holds.
