Update 7/31/2019: I just found out from one of the commenters that this tune is actually part of a 7-minute C64 tune composed by Jeroen Tel. If you're wondering what a "GB Hunter" is, it's a third-party accessory that lets you play GameBoy games on your N64, much like the Super GameBoy for the SNES. However, the GB Hunter accessory does not emulate the GameBoy's soundchip. Instead, the developers decided to take part of the song as mentioned in the first paragraph, add in some weird effects over to the point where it might grate your ears, and play it infinitely, which may cause you to mute your TV.
