The Dogman, being one of the more outlandish cryptids, has certainly had trouble being explained reasonably. Linda Godfrey, a self-made historian and researcher on the Dogman phenomenon, once posed an idea that could do just that. While the Dogman seems to branch off further from this idea than the idea allows room for, it is important to understand that things that seem outlandish might, sometimes, be perfectly explainable, if only they are explored.
